Collection and Use of Personal Data
The personal data provided are processed both with automated and non-automated tools, and in any case in accordance with the provisions, including in terms of data security, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for the purpose of fulfilling the activities entrusted to Sistemir, as per the ongoing collaboration and/or to provide the requested information and/or to comply with specific legal obligations of the data controller. The provision of data is optional, but any refusal will prevent Sistemir from continuing the execution of the activities subject to collaboration or from fulfilling specific requests.
The data are related to the consulting activity for CE marking of medical devices and concern the normal activity of relationship with clients/suppliers or potential ones; no mass marketing activity is foreseen, except with specific consent.
Storage and Communication of Personal Data
The storage of data (which in any case and under no circumstances may exceed 10 years from the last processing/update) is linked to the existence of a provision of services, legal obligations, or specific processing requirements; it is the right of the interested party to request the deletion of data when this right is not in conflict with legal obligations.
The data of the interested party will be communicated to the appointees of the undersigned, to banks or credit institutions for the processing and collection of fees, to public institutions or bodies, to control and public security bodies, and to any third parties, exclusively in relation to the activities subject to collaboration and/or to regulations/legal obligations.
Deletion of Personal Data
The interested party has the right to obtain from Sistemir the cancellation, limitation, updating, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning them, as well as in general the rights provided for by Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
The transfer of data of the interested party abroad is not foreseen, but any third parties involved in the processing could make use of this possibility.

Sistemir may periodically update the Privacy Policy. In case of substantial changes, a notice will be sent by email.

Consent
Consent for the interested party’s data to be processed by Sistemir according to the methods indicated in the above information or to fulfill specific requests is NOT required as, pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 letters b) and c) for the legal obligations of the data controller, the processing is considered lawful.
As provided for by Art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the interested party provides a copy of this to the subjects whose personal data they will communicate to Sistemir, collected for the sole purpose of allowing the execution of the activities entrusted to Sistemir.
